SHIPPING & POLICIES 

WARRANTY

Warranty applies from the delivery date. All warranties are extended only to the original purchaser of the product. Physical damages are not covered by the warranty. DECADOM is not responsible for any type of labor cost. Extreme conditions such as high levels of humidity and moisture are subject to void of warranty. This warranty is void in the event if damage or failure is caused by abuse, misuse, storage off products in an improper environment, abnormal usage, faulty installation, failure to follow installation instructions, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any repair. When purchased from DECADOM you have any part warranty for 2 years, after the 2-year expiration DECADOM have no further obligation under any warranty either expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability. Under two-year warranty DECADOM will provide any part replacement for free if it does not have any physical damage. For any electrical parts replacement and/or repair as well as mirror glass, hinges, aluminum frame (no labor costs are covered under warranty). All claims under this warranty when purchased directly from DECADOM should be sent to sales@decadom.com or to dealer where the item was purchased originally. If something is wrong after two years, there is a cost direct rate any part limited warranty. Which means we always take care of our customers and we will provide cost direct rate for any part. This means whatever it costs us to manufacture. We always advise to call us first no matter what and we will gladly help best way possible.



Return

Request for return or exchange directly from DECADOM retail sales, should be made within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure before you order all measurements are proper for your recessed or surface mount installations. RMA can be obtained by calling DECADOM 877-505-0002 or via email sales@decadom.com. If product purchased from authorized dealer, dealer policy may apply. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, absolutely nothing written on the return shipping box, unused / not installed, seal unbroken. Merchandise cannot be returned over 30 Days from the day your order was received. If you decide that you do not want the merchandise ordered, or you are returning the merchandise due to buyer’s remorse, you will be charged for the return shipping to the manufacturer’s/distributor's warehouse and a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges may be applied. All items and packaging should be in resalable condition. Any returned merchandise is subject to inspection. Once return was received and inspected, the credit will be issued within 2 to 3 business days to original payment method.



Shipping Claim


Most orders usually ship next or same business day. Our products purchased include shipping to the continental UNITED STATES, with all shipments being delivered via UPS or FedEx; a few exceptions include but are not limited to. Customers shipping to Hawaii or Alaska should call Customer Service Department 877-505-0002 for shipping quote. BE ADVISED, any potential duty, tariff, customs, or customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be in addition to the shipping charge. Free shipping does not include any additional charges resulting from customer special requests such as: inside delivery, re-delivery after a missed appointment, re-consignment fees to send to an alternate address other than what was listed at the time of shipment, or storage for delivery delays. Any additional charges billed by the shipping company for accessorial charges not specifically requested by DECADOM will be assessed to the customer. In event that a shipment is returned to DECADOM due to a customer's neglect of receiving the shipment timely, all related shipping charges will be assessed to the customer (including the original outbound shipping charge). The sum of said shipping charges will be deducted from any refund due to the customer for returned merchandise. In event that your merchandise arrives damaged, Business of Labor should be notified of damages within 48 hours. Unfortunately, after 48 hours we will not be able to file a claim due to the carrier’s claim restrictions. If purchased from DECADOM directly, customer service must be notified within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. This excludes installation related issues (broken seal). If nothing is reported within the given time, it is assumed that your order has arrived in perfect condition.



Order Cancelation

Your purchase order can be cancelled for a full refund if it has not been scheduled to ship from the warehouse. Please note that we strive to ship out your order ASAP for your convenience. Our Customer Service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether the order can be cancelled for a full refund. In event that your order has been shipped/scheduled for delivery our return policy will apply. After the cancellation of your order, we will credit your purchase amount back to you. It usually takes 1-2 business days for the credit to be issued.



Purchase & Deposits

For Internet orders, your credit card will be authorized for the total invoice amount at the time the order is placed. Processing time may vary depending on order quantity. All special-order items quantity higher than ten are non-refundable or returnable. DECADOM require 50% deposit on all special orders, Custom/Special Order Merchandise or Merchandise made to order or Fabrication, must be paid in full at time of completion. Our billing department will review the order same business day to require appropriate deposit, then with customers authorization remaining balance will be taken. When orders ship from our warehouse, the remaining balance is required, and the sale is completed. All Pre-Order may be canceled by your request before they were shipped. If Pre-Order was already shipped, return policy will apply.
